WHAT IT DOES

Non-alcohol lotion, for normal, sensitive, and delicate skin. It tones up, anti reddening, and refreshes the skin of the face and neck.

HOW TO USE

Instructions: Soak a cotton pad with toner, then swipe it over your entire face, neck, and chest or put a few drops of toner into the palms of your hands and then press them into your face. 

You should use toner after washing your face, and before using serum or moisturizer. 

When to use: day, night
